Project Schooner, et al

Project Schooner

In 1871 we had a dream. The coasting Schooner would take commerce to a new level, turning the lives of everyone to liesure and luxury.

While land routes kept villages isolated, the coasting Schooners would transport goods swiftly up and down the coasts. These were shallow draft ships with masts of Douglas Fir which last for about fifty years, sail last about one third as long. Stephen Tablor is the only coasting Schooner that lasted from that time until now. She hasn't missed a season since being launched in 1871.
